Pedestrian precinct, Newhaven.

Very depressing, and perhaps not a place to be after dark. There is a good Co-op supermarket, but not much else, and it's tucked away down that alleyway.

The one-way system has isolated the town centre, and it's now undergoing a steep decline. It's a pity, because this is a place full of history and interest.
