I had a lovely day of porridge with work mates, lots of tea with a dear friend and then a night of politics with the Common Weal folks of Edinburgh North and Leith. Yes politics are alive and well!

I hadn't taken a decent photo all day but then the incomparable Tariq Ali kindly obliged.
