Live Long and Prosper

Sad to hear the news that Leonard Nimoy passed away today. As Dr Spock he was part of my childhood, and adulthood - and that of countless others.

As kids my bother and I were big Star Trek fans - I particularly remember the episode where Dr Spock fell in love and came over all illogical. I enjoyed his appearances in the later films too, his measured delivery was soothing even in the most exciting scenes. I still enjoy the Star Trek movies.

In other news; after  5 years, 2 months, 18 days on Blip I've finally completed 365 days in a row!  Actually it was on 21st February but I didn't notice then.
