Sarah and Vassilis

Sarah is the youngest niece. Beautiful like her sister. She is a teacher and is currently working on the mainland. Hopefully she will eventually get a job in Corfu but the Greek system is a nightmare. Last year she was sent to Sparta, a 14hr journey away and a girl from Sparta was sent to Corfu. Barking!! No wonder the Greeks are up S**t creek paddleless.

Vassilis is a CAD kitchen designer and also works hard with his family producing the finest Olive Oil. He also has built a couple of units and grows mushrooms which he sels to restaurants, supermarkets etc.
