Palm Tree

Local tradition had it that this was the tree that Bonnie Prince Charlie sat under. Planning his return. But it was just a tree. It was worth no more than any other tree.

And, given that, it had died some time in the 1950's, Jamie thought that it was worth less than any live tree.
