Caught...

in the car park in a hail storm!!!  The hailstones were massive!! The world went white..

So, internet update.. no news.. they didn't ring me as they had told me they would do during a two hour window.. so I rang them (again) for an update.. apparently they are still working on it and need another 72 hours.  Sigh.. tomorrow we migrate to another provider.. do hope that the next provider doesn't have the same problem.
