Angels' share cake

I made this cake for the Edinburgh Whisky Blog 6th anniversary. They seemed happy with it! :)

Feeling exhausted today because I went to bed late finishing this cake. It felt like a really long day. In the evening, after work, I went to the anniversary celebration as well, so this is why I'm blipping so late.

Today I was presented with a "quaich" with my name engraved on it, as I recently became part of the tasting team at work. I'll show you the quaich tomorrow!

Feeling really tired now and soon going to bed.
