Taking refuge

Stopped off on the way home with a sleeping baby in order to take a few snaps at Kings Buildings but all the winter aconites were shut tight. Should have realised that they were closed as the weather was about to take a turn for the worse. Luckily we were right beside Hudson Beare Lecture Theatre and could shelter under it's overhang while the wind whipped snow past us for a few minutes. Then the sun came out and we managed to walk all the way home (or I did anyway, H just took a ride).

Just looked outside (it's 9pm) and the snow has been falling. All is coated white.
