Take Two

This was the party that was fate was conspiring to prevent.

We originally booked No 3's party for after the school Feb break at the new trampoline centre - two weeks after her real birthday.  She was very excited.  A number of her friends couldn't make the Trampoline party and two days ago the council closed down the Trampoline Centre due to 'licensing issues'  (and, I suspect, the number of injuries and lack of first aid experience!).

On two days notice, our local soft play stepped in, and very kindly arranged a party despite being understaffed.  They didn't ask for a deposit, and said 'we'll sort it out on Friday - no problem), the were hugely supportive and flexible and the kids had a great time.

All except one of No 3's school friends who was sent home from school with Chicken Pox ! 

And so there were a few empty seats, but the friends that were there were lovely.  Feisty and Fun.
