Rock Climbing

Rafi had his first go at rock climbing today (although he did have a climbing party when he was about 7 before he had his brain injury).
He went to join Clare who has been climbing for a year and has also had a brain injury (Rafi followed her to Sheffield Childrens Hospital,then Tadworth).The session is run by Nick, Robin and Helen who volunteer their time and expertise, such wonderful people.
Clare went first and climbed so high Rafi got neckache watching!
Rafi did really well and managed to climb halfway up the wall. He was more scared than he thought he would be,and his second climb wasn't as high as the first.
Hopefully we'll be back again in 2 weeks.
