Cooking dinner

Rafi has had a great day, 2 big achievements. First he had quite a long walk outdoors with his Kaye walker fitted with new 'activity wheels'. He chose to test them well and climbed up quite a steep bank at the end of the road! ' I won't fall Mum' he said, and he didn't!
Then he got it in his head he wanted to cook dinner by himself for us all. He cooked a very healthy soup,chunky chilli bean soup (weight watchers) and did it all by himself. It wasn't easy for him, he cut his finger and it took a while. The soup was delicious!
