FlowerFriday: Orchid

This is my first blip of the new orchid I received for Valentine's Day.  They're actually a beautiful soft rust color, but I shot them under a lamp containing what I thought was a tungsten bulb, but apparently not because I couldn't get the color balance right.  Next time I'll use a gray card and see if I can get closer to the true color. 

In other news, I've joined the Fitbit craze.  I think it has the potential of becoming quite addictive.
