From the hotel window - wet night!

The large building is a casino hotel, as many of the hotels are along this strip of road.

It was interesting to me coming from Christchurch to see all the open spaces along the foreshore where buildings used to be, the ones that were lost in Hurricane  Katrina and have not been replaced.
