Nottingham canal

A couple of days up in Nottingham for work, which looks to be a regular thing for the next couple of months. Never really been to Nottingham before, and looks to be quite a nice city (despite what people say about it being the murder capital of the UK!)

Long days at work, so I only managed a few minutes to explore near the hotel. A couple of minute away was the Nottingham Marina - a home to lots of canal barges converted into permanent or holiday barges. All rather fun. This set were moored up by the tow-path - with the nearest one being occupied by a rather characterful alternative lifestyle looking person.
