Isolated

After my last appointment with the nurses I headed to the Botanics for a walk. A quiet space. The nurse this morning was really nice and one that I have seen quite a few times. At the end of the appointment she asked if she could give me a hug and wished me luck.

I am now preparing to spend a weekend with Mum, Steven, Kelly and Lewis in a cottage in Coldingham. I am going prepared; got a book, diazepam, ear plugs and something sharp. I can hear one specific friend saying to me ‘what are you thinking!’
