Had to pick myself up off the sofa today and get dressed to get to the chemist for my prescription.  It took me until 3pm to do so.  Interestingly the hospital is discharging me, but are not giving me more than a weeks’ worth of medication at a time because they don’t trust me. That just doesn’t seem right.

Got my medication then went into Asda for bits. Stopped at the harbour, not even getting out the car I got my blip.
