Training the best

Well, I did not go to my Tai chi class today, H did not go to his Oceanography class and we are not going to the opera tonight.   The virus wins the day.   Certainly don't want to pass it on...  We did manage to go out for a walk - slowly - thinking i’d get a blip of the beautiful blossoms all over..but I can’t ever resist the firefighters in all their gear on the steps where we walked.(once up and down- all we could do))   Their next trip up (300 steps?) they carried weights on their shoulders.   Can’t help thinking of 9/11.   They are so dedicated and so impressive  ... we can only be grateful...
