Reflections and windows

I had a very long day today.

Last night I went to bed much later than I wanted to because of the cake I was making and I had to get up early for an appointment with the dentist (just a check up, scale and polish, nothing serious). I went to my appointment and I stopped at a cash machine to get some money as my dentist don't accept card payments. It so happened that the cash machine didn't allow me to take any money. I explained that to the dentist and I said I would go after the appointment to a cash machine from my bank to get the money. However, when I did so, the cash machine said that my pin had been blocked. Why??? God knows! I had to take out money with my credit card in the end, which I was not happy with.

After that I went to the cake shop to return the cake tin and then, on my way to work after that, I stopped at a branch from my bank to explain what had happened. They couldn't tell me why my pin had been blocked but everything seemed fine in my account. Why am I always having problems with these things, I don't know! They managed to unblock my pin at the bank so, hopefully, I won't have this problem anymore... we'll see!

All this carry on almost made me late for work, by the way. I was not happy at all! Anyway...

After work I stayed for a bit of overtime for an informal whisky tasting and now I'm definitely cream crackered, so I'm going to bed.
