Alex invited me out with him & the girls to Manchester Art Gallery & Library today.
There was a really interesting exhibition on called Sensory War in association with the centenary of WW1.
The archives at the Library were equally interesting - the previous visit (ironically at almost this exact time last year) was cut short by closing time, so the full extent was not experienced the first time round.
