Master of Disguise

We've had a lovely day at RSPB Old Moor. 42 species of bird seen in all. 
Mr PB has an extraordinary talent for spotting Snipe. When they are feeding in the muddy, weedy scrapes, they are really hard to spot. He saw this one fly in to land immediately below where he was sitting in the hide.
