Cigs

Newington Road

First of two office days this week; I was chatting with my boss today who gets to bring his car in and use the parking space on days I'm in as I cycle in to work.

He was bemoaning that I'm not in at all next week. I said great, then check my diary. So what's he done on a week when I'm not in???!?? Only booked a fucking team meeting on the Tuesday. Oh and booked me on a briefing session on Thursday morning, too!!! So my no days in week is my two days in week. Fucking marvellous....

Anyway after a morning of listening to the Fuck Buttons (Bright Tomorrow remains to me one of the finest pieces of noise this century; when the dirty growl drops in, it just explodes), I dived out and grabbed this one. I left it too late to have a proper rummage around on the south southside but then probably not a bad thing as I knew I couldn't stay late, so settled on this one.

On the shop formerly know as Best Wishes, Cigs has added his name to the boarded up window; black paint with a single underline, triple stripes above and block capitals.

After the demise of the Optical Express one at St Patrick's Square and the flattening of the old filling station at Little France, this one must be vying with the soon to be blipped one on Queensferry Road as the most viewed on a daily basis Cigs tags out there just now....

Spotted by the older Ciglette a few weeks back whilst out
