A Southern Sunset

Sometimes, if you're lucky, a blip comes to you.  I happened to look out the window as I passed the door and saw the sky was a glorious pink. 

I had my Big Bertha lens (100-400mm) lens on my camera sitting on the tripod in the living room.  No time to change it or move it much. The sky changes every second!

So I just did my best to angle it through the glass past my neighbor's house to get as much of it as I could.  It was a nice way to end a lousy weather day and brought a smile to my face.
