DIY Injury

I really must learn how to use a hammer.

Actually, I got very little done this weekend. Tricky working in the cloakroom fitting out the cupboard that's to house the washing machine and tumble drier when people want to keep using the washing machine!

Now thinking about replacing the conservatory roof with a Guardian Warm Roof so that it can be used all year round and adding bi-fold doors in the entrance from the kitchen diner so that it can be opened up in the summer. Received an online estimate for the bi-fold doors this morning £4,000. Bloody hell, Roof estimate also popped into my inbox - another £8,000. That's too much. I'd rather hammer nails through my hand!
