Winter sun

And relax....

A call this morning to the garage near where we abandonned the car last night brought the very good news that he was happy to deal with it all.  So I posted him the keys and that's another broken car to notch up.

With that worry off our minds, I did a quick dash around the shops and then we lunched in the (look away now if you're feeling the chill) 26 degree sunshine.  Bliss.  

While the kids played in a den unsupervised, we chatted and compared wines and then somehow managed (thanks Mr B) to get dinner on the table.  The scheduled afternoon baking session was postponed until tomorrow...
