Out to lunch...

...for my birthday. Bob offered to take me out for breakfast, but I said that minus 16 degrees Fahrenheit was just too cold to get out of bed that early. We settled on lunch, and we were joined by our granddaughter Emmy and son-in-law Mike. The rest of the family was at work or they live out of state. A delicious lunch at one of my favorite places, some family for company,  texts, phone calls, and emails from those who couldn't be here, and roses, yellow ones, from Becky and Marty. Oh, and the picture...Bob, thoughtful husband that he is, gifted me with a new iPad Air 2. We went to the Apple store on Tuesday and picked it out. That's what Emmy used to take this picture. I am such a blessed (and thankful) woman.
