Happy New Year!

Bittoo and I headed for the celebrations today, only to find most don't happen until Sunday. Well, we had looked things up first of course but hoped there might be something going on. 

The lanterns were great, and the atmosphere certainly festive and there were many visitors in Chinatown. We weren't too disappointed.

Later we took the tube to South Kensington and spent several hours in the V&A. Always new and unexplored wonders there!

The week is going very quickly!
