Au revoir, Paris!

It was an early start for Lulabel, Mabel and me this morning as we crossed over to the Île St Germain to walk Mabel not long after sunrise. In fact, it was so early that the park was still locked! Sacre bleu! At that hour, though, the crews of the barges on the Seine are already at work.

Since D#2 had a long day's work ahead of her, I made my own way by metro and train out to the airport, thanks to the very helpful notes that L had written out for me, and the flight back to Glasgow was uneventful and on time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my brief visit to Paris and look forward to the next one!
