Detached

It took me until 2.30 today to get off the sofa and get into the shower. Before I went to my counsellor I went for a tea and a read of my book. Couldn’t concentrate and was in the mood for a drive that’s what I did.

I found this great wooden fence with all the paint peeling off, it made some great shapes and patterns.

In my head today has been the dream I had last night. I was heading towards the Forth Road Bridge and I was walking. I took 10 steps onto the bridge and climbed up onto the railing and jumped off. I remember the feeling of being free and feeling great that I was ending this shitty life. If only I was brave enough to do it in real life.
