to Get Cooking

I only have minimal skill when it comes to cooking.

However I have a slight aptitude for making soup.  With the exception of the onions all the remainder of the veggies, seen here,  are home produced.

So you really cannot beat leek and potato soup at this time of year. The need to buy in onions is rather unusual for me.  However our own onions did not store very well and most of them had rotted away by Christmas.

Must do better this year.

Oh and after all that self congratulation I forgot to put in the garlic....
