Lake Manapouri

We've not come far in distance (as the crow flies) but it took us a few miles on the road from Queenstown to Te Anau in fjord country. We've been seeing British plated Jaguars all morning and as we were leaving the Sandfly a lovely BRG XK 150 drew up. We had a chat to the couple driving it. It seems like there's a group of 8 couples who bring their cars out each year. Sounds like a great way of doing things without hiring.

After lunch we drove out to Lake Manapouri and that's today's blip. I think it might be better in morning light but necer mind. We're her for a few days and including an overnight cruise on Doubtful Sound on Thursday.
