Mono Monday ...Bridge

Nothing really creative here today, but still love this little bridge made of two railway sleepers that crosses a pond in the garden.

It is one of Ian's creations that sits on blocks in the pond, and there is a gap at each end, which causes visitors that don't know about it to wonder if they can actually stand on it!  Always enjoy watching them walk ever so cautiously across it.

You can't see in the photo but there is a little waterfall flowing into this pond which then runs down a "stream"  into the main pond. It is outside my office and always enjoy hearing the sound of running water.
