Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's to everyone! 

I was surprised by Rory this morning with a single red rose and a box of my favourite chocolates after we'd agreed to only do cards! The rose is absolutely beautiful, expect a photo of it at some point during the week! 

We spent our valentine's day walking from England across the crossing to Holy island and then back again, it took us quite a while and I even managed to fall into the most disgusting smelling mud known to man. It was almost at the top of my wellies, the mud was that deep! Rory found it hilarious though! 

We headed back to Rory's for our home made valentine's dinner of heart shaped chilli burgers, sweet potato chips and sweet corn, which was absolutely amazing!  We will be making the burgers and chips again for sure! We followed this with some sticky toffee pudding and ice cream before we passed out on the sofa watching Les Mis!

The most amazing day spent with my favourite person in the world!
