Downgrade

I think it's important to share the bad with the good ;0). This morning we left our paradise beach villa and view (top pic) for two nights in The Crane on the South East coast. Thankfully it's only two nights... See bottom pic!

Completely underwhelmed by the welcome and service we've received here. So much so I've sent an email of complaint which I very rarely do. We'll see what comes of it. Face to face discussions with staff have been down right frustrating. I'll find a better view for tomorrow's blip.
