Friday Fish Fry

Tonight we headed south to Oustins for their traditional Friday Fish Fry. Years ago the locals used to head here for their Friday fish. Someone realised there was an opportunity to turn this into a social event and a few huts opened on which the fish could be cooked and the locals then had a bit of a party. Years later thousands of mainly tourists head here every Friday to pick their fish, have it fried and have a sing and a dance. Understandably there were very few locals to be seen. It had to be experienced but it's very noisey and chaotic. Not sure I'd return.
