Repairs

A busy day. Too much to relate. However outcome was that I was wondering what glue to use to mend 3 chairs (of which this is one). I also needed to somehow hold all the bits of the chair together while the glue dried - for which I needed rope..... Sigh!  On the glue front I was recommended "Gorilla Glue". So went to Toolstation in Leatherhead  to purchase same. Also had to ask for rope. Felt more than a little uncomfortable. 

However on getting home and after having dinner I thought. Shall I a) do some work, b) mend chairs or c) watch those episodes of "Call the Midwife" on iplayer that I have missed. Plumped for "C". So, 2 episodes and 3 hankies later, I am calling it a day. "A" and "B" can wait for tomorrow.
