Doggie birthday!

How bizarre! To celebrate a dog's birthday! I am sure it is only because his birthday is on such a memorable date, but there we are, the dog has cake!

Today I took a couple of nice photos when we went down to Hythe to look at the area we hope to move to and make some decisions about places we like and ones we don't. I know I have fallen in love with the beach at St Mary's Bay! It was raining when we left, and the original plan was to go in poor weather, having only been in the summer before, and knowing we should really like the place in winter as well. The place seems to be calling us however because within a half of arriving, out came the sunshine and we passed a lovely coats off afternoon!

Despite the beach photos I have decided that as this as much a written diary as it is photo one And so I have used the birthday as a blip!
