I still had lemon juice to use up, I decided it was best used in an Amaretto sour.  

We have a busy, action packed week lined up from Monday. Today and tomorrow is gloriously clear. It means I have to shout at everyone at about 3pm because they refuse to leave the house but then I find something else to do and we all happily move on.

I found the last tin of French duck from last summer. Lovely dinner!
