Untold energy

The sea that is, obvs not me. Yesterday evening was very excellent, lots of people came and said lovely things to me. They gave me a card with more lovely things  written on it and a gift card with an unprecedented amount of money on it. I was very touched - nothing like a shock and sudden departure to generate a reaction! Lots of drinks were drunk and it was all very good.

Today has been a little wearisome as a result but I didnt have to go to work, instead had a nice bath and caught up on the Good Wife and sewing and went to church to have a little sing at Will's end of term thing. Fish and chips for tea and a lovely half term ahead. Have I mentioned I really am very happy with my lot at the moment?
