Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day Blippers!

Sorry I couldn't get a photo of my two collard doves cooing together, but I haven't seen them today! Must be hiding from the camera!

So here you have the ingredients of our Valentine's Day dessert.
Ginger meringues, poached rhubarb,orange slices, and whipped cream
( not shown as I need to do that at the last minute)
All will be put together to make a Rhubarb and Orange Eaton Mess!

Main course is Fish Pie.
Cod, Salmon and Prawns with a creamy dill sauce, and topped with cheesy potatoes.

Wine: A white Burgundy, brought back from a little village we stayed in last year.
