Selection process

I am starting a new embroidery using threads from my store. It is so enjoyable picking which colours to use, and even with this number it can be a challenge to get the mix just right. This store of threads grows larger year on year as I save leftovers from my projects. As well as this tin of skeins, I have several boxes of ends wound onto cards. I will never get round to using more than a fraction of them, but I can never bring myself to throw any away.
