It's the pigeons, you know ....
Seen in a car park in the small town of Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire. Brits will know that the correct spacing for this number plate would be SH11 TON. There can often be a temptation for vehicle owners in the UK to be creative with their registration numbers (and why not!). One I saw recently, on a sports car, was E11 EVA, which was contracted to read E11E VA - so mimicking the French 'Ella va" (She goes). Imaginative.
As an aside, one I saw (ahem - four decades ago) in Cyprus was FU 2. Yes, really. One I saw in NZ sixteen years ago was CØRGIS - seen parked at a B&B near Queenstown, whose owners had several corgis. Actually, in NZ you can be creative legally as there appears to be a more flexible system there than we have here.
