MonoMonday
Thank you to Joanneinoz for hosting MM. Today's subject is China - We have some very close friends that adopted two little girls from China. After years of trying to have a child on their own, this was the path they chose. They went together to pick Alexandra up and 10 years later they went again for Olivia. Each time they went, they brought back little trinkets. These are worry beads, I don't know what they say, but they are a nice reminder of the love these two girls were lucky enough to be placed with.
"We didn't want our daughter to have the cabbage patch mentality. The truth is, her life didn't start the day we adopted her. Like us, her history and ours began a thousand lifetimes ago." Deborah Weeks - Adoptive parent.
