In The Glow

Snowing off and on all day today and supposed to do the same tomorrow.  The real accumulation begins tonight into tomorrow so we were able to get Ben and have him here for the day.  He has been coming each Sunday to just hang out, do his laundry and catch up on social media.  Living at the halfway house, he has no access to cell phones, computers and all they have to offer.  This is not easy for a 24 year old, but he is coping well.  He just this past week has access to a TV and cable as his roommate got one.  
It's not been a bad thing as there are many books to read and journals to write.  But here you can see him catching up with music and Facebook.  I am so happy to have him spend Sundays here and so is Logan.  It's a connection to Sumner and one who is doing what she wasn't able to do.  Two months to go and he will be an independent young man again.
