Tate Modern

A friend invited me to go with her, to the Conflict-Time-Photography exhibition at the Tate Modern today. We really enjoyed it... but it's not an exhibition you could take the kids to. The challenge this exhibition takes on, is looking back and considering the ongoing effects war and conflicts have on people 10, 20, 50 and even 100 years later. It was very thought provoking.

We then had lunch in the members restaurant of the Tate Modern, which has fantastic views over the river to St Pauls and all the new development that is springing up in the City. A really enjoyable day out!
