Community

This is a watering station on our latest local bush track. The track has been cut by locals to enable school children to walk to school avoiding the road, but it is a great addition for all the community as it links with other tracks. Along the track, volunteers have planted lots of natives which are badly in need of water during this dry period. Suddenly, the watering stations appeared for anyone walking the track to fill up a container and water as they walk, leaving the containers at the next station. Ingenious! I love our local community and how people work together to get important things done.

A quiet day for me recovering from a big day yesterday. Will put up posts for missing two days tomorrow hopefully.
