A Break in the Ploughing

9.8C with sunny sunshine all day long. Moderate breeze.

After the grocery shopping was put away Apothecary7 and I took Maeve the Deerhound for a walk.We went up to the church then continued out along the country road towards Scryne, then turned right at Craigmill farm.

As we went down the private road to the shore road we noticed the tractor beginning to come up the slope in the field to the right of the track. We were heading home for our lunch and I think the farmer was taking a break in the ploughing to go home for his.

We came home along the cycle path and round in a long loop, heading into Carnoustie then up the main road before turning along for home.
