Dusting of snow

Monday was a really busy day of what will be a really busy week with ever increasing changing deadlines to meet. When people say NHS managers get rid and spend on all clinical staff , I think they should walk a day in our shoes, the clinical staff we support would agree. We are a team both clinical and managers :)
