Who left the logs out..

It was a beautiful bright sunny start it the day but very cold then mid morning it went very dark and soon after snow showers came. I hadn't got the logs in so they got very quickly covered in snow much to hubby's annoyance when he got home from work.
The snow soon turned to rain and the boy and I decided it was too cold to go out so we had a play day.
We cooked some braised beef for tea another day and made Roast Pork chops with apple and onions for dinner with sweet potato wedges which Jack enjoyed helping to do.
In fact not sure what has come over the boy today, he tided his bedroom without being asked to, took the hoover off me so he could have a go and put the washing in the machine and helped me unload it.... Is this a new skill of a seven year old, if so I likey!

We watched the voice tonight using our voice apps, quite good fun and Jacks comments are hilarious, nah she is rubbish.

Early bed for me as I was very tired.zzzzzzz
