Definition of a bad journey.

I have 3 main routes to get home, round the North Circular (Water main repairs), out to the A40 at Greenford and round the M25 (2 sets of road works and a much longer journey) or through Park Royal to join the North Circular at Ikea/Tescos (gets clogged up if there is trouble elsewhere on the North Circular). Tonight I chose the last of those as probably being the best of a bad lot, only to get stuck behind a bus on the day of a bus strike, when you would have thought that would be hard to do!
