Ghost sign

I found an opportunity to snap a ghost sign I have been wanting to get for ages today. I can easily make out "Hannah Duncan & Co Dental"  then under that is says "consulting rooms" but the stuff under that is a bit more of a mystery. The next word might possibly be Newington.
